  British iconic rock band The Rolling Stones have been named Buenos Aires City “guests of honor”, after the city legislature passed an initiative proposed by ruling Victory Front (FpV) lawmaker Maria Rachid and “Seamos Libres” lawmaker Pablo Ferreyra.
