  Runasur launched in Buenos Aires

  

  Delegations from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela Sunday formally signed Runasur's “Declaration of Buenos Aires,” launching the group promoted by former Bolivian leader Evo Morales.

  Runasur cancels Cusco Summit citing COVID-19 concerns

  

  The organization of alleged native South Americans Runasur, headed by former Bolivian President Evo Morales (2006-2019), Monday announced the suspension of its forum scheduled for Dec. 20 and 21 at the Peruvian city of Cusco, citing concerns over the spread of the coronavirus Omicron variant.
