  Ariane and Shannon qualified in leadership and management by Falklands government

  

  The Management Trainee Program which was re-launched in November 2020 as part of a two-year initiative aimed at identifying possible future leaders of government has now been concluded, and following their appointment as Management Trainees, Shannon Alazia and Ariane Brownlee have now successfully completed the program.

  Historic event: Stanley, City status proclamation to a round of applause from some 400 Falkland Islanders

  

  Continuing with the Liberation Day celebrations on Tuesday 14 June 2022, the Falkland Islands community gathered in the Town Hall for the formal presentation by the Governor of the Letters of Patent granting Stanley, City Status.
