  UK and Europe closely watching Venezuelan State Governors' elections

  

  British Minister Sir Alan Duncan expressed his concern at the deteriorating situation in Venezuela during a meeting in London on Wednesday with Venezuelan foreign minister Jorge Arreaza in London.
