  Falklands' visitors growing satisfaction, according to TripAdvsor ratings

  

  The Falkland Islands Tourist Board annual assessment of TripAdvisor ratings shows that the overall satisfaction of visitors to the Islands increased in 2019. There are almost 5,000 ratings of accommodation, attractions, pubs, restaurants, and tours in the Falklands on TripAdvisor, with 600 of these being posted over the last 12 months.

  Uruguay in the list of 14 countries to which the Europe Union opens its borders

  

  The European Union agreed on Tuesday to reopen its borders to 14 countries excluding the virus-stricken US, as the pandemic accelerated globally with more than 505,000 deaths worldwide. Of Latin America the only country included in the list is Uruguay.

  Norwegian Air Shuttle cancels purchase of 97 jets from Boeing

  

  Norwegian Air Shuttle has notified Boeing that it is terminating purchase agreements for all 97 of its remaining jets on order with the US planemaker. The decision covers 92 of Boeing's 737 Max planes, five 787 Dreamliners and a related maintenance pact, Norwegian said in a statement on Monday.

  Latam rescheduling and scaling back domestic and international flights

  

  South American carrier LATAM has suspended ticket sales on 23 routes across its network, including several domestic routes within Chile and international routes from Brazil, Chile and Peru.
