The real headline: Argentine (where Malvinas is included) and Chilean cruise ship tourism is likely to be negatively impacted as a result of a ban on the use and carriage of Heavy Gas Oil (HGO) in Antarctic waters by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO).
Falklands is the Fantasy name of Malvinas.

I imagine that the Antarctic bases' sources of energy will be then clean as a whistle from now on. Perhaps solar panels would be used to charge batteries in summer and wind-driven generators in winter. But are there any ecological batteries to store the huge amounts needed, or the remedy will turn out to be worse than the illness?
