Spain? Isn't that the country that originated Argentina? So it's an ethnic characteristic. “We can see it or we know it's there, so we want it. And it's ours.”
Nothing changes.
Now way back, Britain complied with EU restrictions and much of its fishing fleet was lost.
So now it's Spain's turn. Require Spain to reduce its fleet by half. Only fair to the rest of the EU and the world.
