Disclaimer & comment rulesvirtually even only in polls bought by Serra's coalition - the ones made by IBOPE and Datafolha. Rousseff would likely surpass Serra by some 10 points in impartial polls.

Serra implies a LA balance with chavism, not a bad idea of democratic alternance. An acid test on political maturity for Brazil and the region.

This talk of democratic alternance is a loser's speech, something like saying this party has been voted into power too much, now it's our turn. Funny that after eight years in power the PSDB didn't use that speech in the 2002 elections; only now they do.
