A suspected smuggler was removed from Gibraltar territorial waters by the Spanish Guardia Civil following physical scuffles and a tense stand-off with the Gibraltar police. Germany will finally pay off the last of its debts from World War One next Sunday, on the 20th anniversary of German reunification.
