Uruguay became this week the ninth country to ratify the Unasur (Union of South American Nations) foundation charter thus giving full legal effectiveness to the twelve-nation group. Read full article

    Congratulations are due. It will bring both new benefits and new problems, if the EU is anything to go by.

    However, much better to work together in the world than against one another.

    Fingers crossed the UNASUR & the EU will find common interest and also work well together to each other's benefit too ;-D
