Maybe the UK should get the f--k out of Georgias Del Sur, and the Sandwich islands, and Malvinas, and everything else.

Or maybe not Martin. If you feel that passionately about it then do something about it?

Beef, we don't need weapons, sooner or later las Malvinas will be in our hands, again, without killing anybody, that's the British way, not our way.

You know Xbox if argentina doesn't kill people then there must have been one serious case of flu at the Argentine navy mechanics school. You know some might sat that place was run more like a concentration camp than a school.

@ 5 It's time for you to wake up, sleeping Charle! I don't know what you are injecting into your vains, but since 1983 we have democratically elected governments. This is 2011, hello???? Everything that happens under the rule of dictators is not democracy. Just so you know, I'm talking about tryinn to regain the islands like Galtieri did in 1982, many people were killed, just so you know...

Xbox you go on about Democracy but don't respect the democracy of islanders who choose there own Government. Argentina can't call itself a true democracy until it accepts that Falkland Islanders have a right to choose of there own free will who there Government is for as long as Argentina has a claim on the falkland islands and South Georgia in violation of the democratically expressed wishes of Islanders it has no right to call itself a truly democratic country. The clearest message that has repeatedly come from Falklanders is that they don't want the flag of Argentina flying anywhere over there Islands. Change your constitution so it respects the right to self determination then talk about democracy.

They choose their own government and they live there, the governor is an English turnip. What else do you want? Look, I bet you're not even British, but anyway, this has nothing to do with being democratic or not, this is a claim on Las Malvinas, and you can rest assured that we won't stop until the islands are back in our hands. You can cry all you want to, we don't care :)

Wonderful, a rare opportunity - an article on South Georgia.

Now, Argie intelligencia ..... tell me the basis of Argentina's claim to South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands.

I've been asking for a year but haven't had a coherent answer yet !

Best Think can come with is that, “ it's difficult” :-))

Xbox I'm British and can trace my family here in uk back hundreds of years. Thankyou for your admission that you and your country don't care about the democratic rights of FALKLANDERS not that it was ever needed. Secondly you will never own those Islands you never did you never will and UK will never cry over Argentina because we always win when it's to do with Falklands and we are the stronger than the whole of South America put together for that reason Falklands and other South Altlantic terriotories are safe from Argentine dictatorship and yes an Argentine Government in these places would be a dictatorship no matter how they were chosen in Mainland Argentina.

@ Redhoyt 14- Not at all, you don't seem to be much calmer, anyway, that means you were not calm, and you are not 100% calm, You want to punch someone in the face, right? haha try with your wife, you do have one, right? because I'm too far away from where you are:) I make you angry, right? Will you punch me in the face? tell me about it :)

You said “this morning” where are you living? Are you living in the UK? Because current local time in London is almost 2:30 am, is that why you say “this morning” or are you living in China or Japan? Tell me about it, and don't let the anger blur your schizoid brain :)

Last question... how old are you? I'll be 20 this January 31, tell me about yourself, don't be shy :) or are you afraid that one day I'll be knocking on your door? :)

Xbox - according to the 2010 democracy index Argentina is a flawed democracy. You will find that ten of the top twenty democratic states are Constitutional Monarchies. If you can't respect the Islanders rights to self determination through universal suffrage then it is clear to see why you are still learning about democracy.

Funny that. I recall Argentina invading in 1982, ignoring a UN Security Council resolution to get out and resulting in a lot of killing. Killing and giving the middle finger to the UN - the Argentine way...

The 'Chilean Sea Bass' fishery (= Toothfish) takes around 2500 tpa caught by 9 boats from UK, Spain, NZ, Chile, Uruguay & South Africa, with International Observation.

”The fishery has recently been re-certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) as being sustainably managed. This is the most important fishery for South Georgia, with licenses generating around £2.5 million in income.”

Sustainably managed fisheries are so rare around the South American continent that the managers of this fishery are to be praised - especially as there is miniscule secondary impact on birdlife and fish by-catch.

This is a real success story for the region.

In that case we are obviously meant for each other, because you've given me plenty of laughs.
I actually don't care whether you take us seriously or not. I only pay attention when you post lies about the Falkland Islands, a place that you clearly know nothing about. And then I correct them, just in case anyone sensible is watching who might be misled by your nonsense.
