As countries get richer, like a number of SA states, more and more money will be spent on armaments of internal supression as well as on weapons systems bought as 'defensive' but equally effective as offensive.
We must watch out for leaders who find cause to attack other nation state's assets and sovereign territory.
No one spends more on their surveillance state and repression of the masses than UK and USA, lol.
