Ed is giving the excuse, now it was a conspiracy, ie the Israelis did it to implicate Iran.

This is how the contributors from Argentina will be justifying the two face hypocrisy for criticising the Scottish Government for allowing a terminally ill man to return to his family to die. That Blair and Brown's Government did dirty deals behind their backs is immaterial to the conduct of the Scottish Government.

Martin myself and the posts above my post #4 were not responding to the article per se, but to the utter rubbish that ed was rabbling on about.

As Justin say's - “This is how the contributors from Argentina will be justifying the two face hypocrisy for criticising the Scottish Government for allowing a terminally ill man to return to his family to die”

I totalling agree with justin there, as you guys where quick to condem us for releasing a terrorist on compassionate grounds (when it was the scots government), but when it comes to argentina, your quick to ignore the acts of terrorism in order to strenghen your trade ties with countries that sponsor such acts of terrorism. Hell your not even going to bring the people responsible to justice. Well at least we did bring Megrahi to justice and got gaddafi to pay out compensation to the victims families.

So it would seem that its one rule for us, but a completely different set of rules for argentina.

I suppose if no-one wants to do business with either Argentina or Iran, because both countries are dishonourable, they will naturally do business with each other, who gives a shit what they do anyway?

It will at least be entertaining watching them stabbing each other in the back.
