    Fido Dido
there is always a country somewhere that is borrowing or lending money to someone, even if you use the I.M.F. that is contributed by lots of countries, we all wish we did not have to, but goverments have other agenders , and its always different from what the people want .

well your loss, thank godness these rich powerfull people dont need the say so of the people, but if you and others belive that no one helps argentina, and argentina has done it all be herself, then good luck to argentina, perhaps we will see her zooming onto the world stage soon then .?

One has to wonder about putting $100 million into a 35 year old hull......

I did wonder about the wisdom of spending all that on a 35 yr old hull. Is the classic fallacy of spending money on refurbishment that would be better spent on replacement?
