Perhaps Russia with lend the money. On the understanding that Argentina uses it to buy Russian weapons!
The present Argentine Economy has prestige at the global markets to borrowing by long term ! but doesn't need any big borrowings .

Chaves ? Hugo Chaves ! that is fat boy .... Hugo Chaves can easily find the finance money for anything else e.g. he would sell Monte Sacro Ranch in Venezuela ..... Monte Sacro Ranch is still owned by Rockefellers... I don't know Hugo Chaves knows or not of the cousin of Rockefellers who was 33 rd . degree Mason....
