    I think we all now know why BNDES massive funding for industrial development went to the very biggest and already most successful companies,
    rather than the small Brasilian companies that REALLY needed the development funding in order to become Medium Sized Industries and ultimately Large Brasilian Multi-nationals.

    Big companies give giant kick-backs,
    and Palossi didn't get super-rich from a million little deals with embryonic companies.
