Trade talks between Mercosur and the European Union have been frozen on the “edge of the cliff” because of the European debt crisis, differences over agriculture subsidies and other crucial issues according to sources in Brazil from both sides. Read full article

    This is good news! Don't want any more crap from South America. GM crops containing poisons. Animals dosed with veterinary drugs banned in Europe as well as growth hormones. Crops too close to mining with poisonous separation techniques. And people in Europe wonder why South Americans are brain-dead nutters!

    On the contrary Typho this is good news for us we will not get more manufactured goods from Europe and we will produce even more here.

    So in the long run we will export more manufactures goods and you subsidised commodities like Africa.
