Not really. It's a description of an event. I could tell you about the 500 pound bomb that hit a SkyGuard and the Artillery officer was found 10 meters underground ... is that a better story? I don't think so .... war is a very nasty business.

Nice to see you argies getting exited over the fact, that you can now repair your own subs,
Why was you worried in the first place, you was not the only country, not able to repair subs,
The British among others have been repairing other countries subs,
    So it’s no big thing,
But now that Argentina can update and repair your own subs, then good luck to you,
And extra light bulb, and indoor toilets are always good for keeping the men dry,
Anyway good luck on your new expertise, just a friend .

Frankie, That is better than selling patched Glamorgan to the Chilean navy don't you think?

Nope.... even second hand the Almirante Latorre was better than anything the ARA has in a seaworthy state.....

How come they aren't putting a nuclear reactor in the Bernardo Houssay ????

@16 ..parrot boy .... they had her for 12 years and sold her for scrapping when she was 34 years old..... OK so that would be 'modern' in the ARA I guess ..is Santisima Trinidad still 'in reserve awaiting overhaul' i.e. 'broken'....

In your dreams parrot boy..... second hand ships are like second hand cars .... thats why second rank navies buy them.... unless they are 'given' to third rank navies and prefecturas .. looks like someone has stolen the engines from this one ... www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=1320527 .
