Aldo Rebelo (Reboledo?) replaces one Communist by another Communist because this Brasilian Ministry is 'owned' by the Communist Party.

The new guy is lucky to get the portfolio because he seriously crossed Dilma when he was leading the Forest Code negotiations.
Saying his President was 'misinformed' and able to be manipulated - in public - is like cutting your own throat, because HE was responsible for the preparation of the President's Brief on the protection and utilisation of the (rain)forests.

But he is arguably the best of the (bad?) bunch available.
We are not told if the other communist potential Sports Ministers are already tainted.

Heaven help him if there is even the slightest sniff of corruption whilst he is in office because, if it were to happen, the whole Communist Party would be drummed out of government with maximum public humiliation.
    Politicians have disappeared for less.
