So FIFA wants the same rules for all nations irrespective of their status as developed nations/undeveloped nations, and irrespective of national laws.
This sort of makes the FIFA Law the most important law in the world.
FIFA - and especially Blatta ('the cockroach') - should be told to 'take a hike'.
