Puerto Toro is indeed on soil of Navarino Island, so nothing wrong with it. Though the town is in front of Picton Island, you can see it from the settlement.
Yes, it´s settled on Navarino Is. and I have had the opportunitie to visit it long years ago when I was working for ASMAR shipyard in P. Arenas.....A nice but very little village that needs more care from Gvt. - from the Magallanes Region, mainly - to help those living there in very difficult conditions.
