The provinces are out of $, the Federal Gov't has restructured their loans and suggested an 18% rise in salary for workers. The unions floor is 25% but want 30%+/-. Teachers are already screaming and they are not even in session! Everyone is back from vacation in 2 weeks so this should get very fun to watch in the next 6 weeks.
