Brazil is a member of the BRICS club of emerging powers — along with Russia, India, China, and South Africa — that are seeking greater influence within multilateral financial institutions such as the IMF and the World Bank
Well, when Brasil is corruption free, Russia does not have a ex-KGB / gangster / Mafia controlled society, India and South Africa manage to grow up and shed the corruption / racist / immaturity at the highest levels and China responds to freedom of assemby and all the other restrictions they impose on their people THEN the western world will listen.
Any hope of ANY of them complying?
Brasil, to be fair, is making a real effort but has a long way to go. As for the others, don't hold your breath.
