The European Central Bank, meeting in Spain on Thursday, held interest rates at historic lows but insisted it was up to governments to find ways of boosting growth without busting fiscal rules. Read full article

    @1 What about Argtardia? Money-wise, they haven't got a pot to pyss in, they're completely devoid of any kind of human morality and the winter is coming up and they have no gas to burn.

    I'd put my money on them tanking next.

    Misiones and Formosa Provinces are provinces of Argentina that were seized and annaxed by Argentina from Paraguay this page is dedicated to address Argentine hyporcacy and ensuring their return to Paraguay.

    It's only right that Argentina first addresses its own hyocracy by re-examining its own history before talking about taking more land it has never had soverignty over. Not just the Falklands but South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands.

    Not a concept that our Argentinian friends will be familiar with ... unless you can put in the context of the growth in the runaway rate of inflation, or the growing likelihood that they will face a destitute old-age :)
