Canadian cowboy plans to ride 16.000 kilometres and reach Brazil in 2014
A Canadian cowboy hopes to join the ranks of the long riders as he rode out of Calgary, Alberta on Sunday for an epic journey to his birthplace in Brazil. Filipe Masetti Leite intends to spend the next two years riding his two horses, “Bruiser” and “Frenchie,” through 12 countries in North, Central and South America. Read full article

A day like today, July 9 but from 1816, the United Provinces of the South proclaimed the freedom and independence of the Kingdom of Spain and took all the territories that Spain governed and administered from Buenos Aires, including Malvinas.

This proclamation was recognized and remembered in the past and in the present from all great states and nations that congratulate the people of Argentina in this special, important and so representative date.
