    .... get too greedy and sell your own animal feedstuffs abroad to make big profits, and your own national livestock industry is put at risk.

    Squaring this circle is the role of government through the various ministries.
    The solution, however, is not a centrally controlled 'command' economy. It is the use of the best algorithms and the sophisticated deployment of advice, guidance and support.
    For Brasil, agriculture is a 'big boys' game', and it cannot afford these sort of 'mistakes'.
