    I am sure we will work it out in the courts, within the provision of the contract, as we did with the Codelco/Anglo dispute.

    Right Condorito... same as Codelco and Anglo found an compromise and final agreement via courts, benefitting both sides. Relations remain fine... that's the way civilized peoples do it.
