Argentine president Cristina Fernandez has been recommended by her medical team to ease the ‘intensity’ of her activities and thus will leave Vietnam out of a tour which is planned for next month and includes the Arab Emirates and Indonesia. Read full article

Maybe FIG and the FCO (if they haven't already) need to think about making pre-emptive propaganda to the countries on KFC's itinerary and for the local British ambassadors to explain the history of the Falklands and the rights of the population to self-determination to each of the Foreign Ministers of each country.

She is massively Bi-Polar and takes strong medication for that, she is also Hypo-tensive (lower than usual blood pressure) and there is no easy fix medication for that as there is for Hyper-tension. Hyper-tension is medicated by enlarging the arteries and blood vessels allowing the pressure to fall, the opposite of what is required for what she has.
By her own admission she raves at people but has promised to stop it: no evidence of that so far.
The real problem is that she has been put into a position she is completely unsuited to. It was only as a care-taker for Nestor, he husband while he waited through her term to get back in as President for a third term - then he croaked it before any of that could happen. She still wears black, but not out of respect but a cynical attempt to garner sympathy.
Some people feel sorry for her, I feel sorry for some of 'her' people like Simon68 and the others who did not vote for her and can see what she is doing to the country. The ones who voted for her (32.6% of those eligible to vote) deserve everything that is coming to them.
I have a very simple solution which I am convinced may happen in 2013: a single bullet to the medulla oblongata (this stops all the autonomic brain functions instantly).
She did have thyroid surgery and I'm sure she is on thyroid medication. The thyroid is extremely important. You can never get off that medication, you must take it every day. There are all sorts of side effects if one is not taking the medication consistently and the right dosage, not more or not less than needed, there will be side effects if not followed correctly.

As you probably know a thyroidectomy has two incisions, one above each thyroid gland which are positioned each side of the neck.
TMBOA had a single incision at the base of the neck, right across from side to side. Whether she is on thyroid medication has been speculated about for some time.
The surgeon who gave the diagnosis that it was cancer (when it was not) was dismissed. However this same guy oversaw thousands of similar procedures and tissue tests WITH NO CONTRA RESULTS EVER (false positive).
I found that very strange that the only false positive ever recorded happened on TMBOA!
Her neck did smooth out considerably when the trauma had dispersed but it is almost as bad again now in areas near the base of her throat.
I would love to cure that permanently! :o)
False positives are not uncommon on thyroid cancer. And a good surgeon will leave virtually no scars to be seen on the neck after the second year. I have two incisions on my front neck from two years ago. They are virtually invisible unless I point them out and they get up close.
