For someone known for his verbosity, this supposed 11 page letter is all he has produced. No recordings. No speeches.
Nothing for his people.
Venezuela urgently needs a currency devaluation but no one is willing to pull that trigger..... especially if there might be a new election.
In my opinion, the letter is a fake made by the Cuban and Venezuela governments. Two purposes, keep Venezuela from an election and bolster Castro's role as head of CELAC.

an 11 page typed letter usually is a more paged hand written letter. Very hard to beleive its authentic by Chavez since he is so sick.
