I see Rousseff has missed a vital chance of getting rid of the dead-headed Mantaga, the so called Finance Minister.
Oh well, expect more lies and cover ups as well as attempts to 'manage' Mr. Market that went down so well at his last attempts, NOT.
I am beginning to think Rousseff has no idea about finance herself, hence the reliance on ‘the old guard’.
If she is not careful this may well be her undoing: the coming months have serious cash-flow requirements if the programme of road and other infrastructure improvements are to be achieved without delays and cock-ups.
