Her arrogance is flabbergasting, she really believes US State listens to the hysterical rantings of a bag lady?
I'd be surprised if we don't arm and organize the opposition and put this election right.

@1 Then get out of your mother's basement and fly down to experience it for yourself. Though, characteristic of Kirchner supports, too delusional and too cowardly to set foot in Argentina.

Electoral fraud is one of Cristina's specialties. There are people called “Punteros” that are known for helping her get votes by bribing poor people with underhanded means. Her cheap flattery to the U.S. is not much different from when she went to visit the Pope that she opposed until she saw opportunity.

The foreign K supporters will stop salivating over her, when her leathery mask peels off revealing her true identity. That's the nature of K's, concealing a dagger in one hand, while using an olive branch as bait.

Yes you are completely correct. Queen CFK deserves our adulation for standing up to support democratic freedom, an open press and an elimination of corruption. God bless her for defending Maduro and encouraging foreign investment. What a woman, what a zorra!

Who does she think she is? The successor of Baroness thatcher?

Look, there's that word again; “demanded”. But then ““With all humbleness we request the US government to recognize the Venezuelan government” How do you “humbly demand” something? And how, exactly, is it any of her business anyway? Surely the United States is capable of making up its own mind about the new, birdie-obsessed, Venezuelan dictator? And how will he know what to do or say if the birdie flies away? Was the birdie really the lame-duck argie “pres” doing her well-known “my beak is moving so I'm lying” impression? Let's all think; “scraggy neck”, “lame duck”, “cuckoo”, “vulture”. Which one? All pretty “fowl”!

I think we should “politely ask” for a recount while simultaneously arming the opposition.
    Maybe we already are...

That wasn't us unfortunately, we would have spent the U$0.07 on the bullet that would have ended the decades of long suffering the people of Venezuela have had to endure?
Any know how long the ration lines are for milk, flour and sugar today?

“”““it’s the best way to achieve and ensure peace”.”“”

similar to giving Hitler Sudetenland then?

    That sort of peace?

Certainly “peace” seems to have a different meaning to CFK than most of the rest of the world..or is that re-definition something typically Argentine?

Argentine “Peace” meaning: give us everything we say or else...like “give us back the land you stole from us!” (Uruguay)
    or
“give us back the land you stole from us!” (Paraguay)
    or
“Give us back the land you stole from us!” (Chile)
    or
“Give us back the land you stole from us!” (Falklands)

“After all, all we want is PEACE!”

(I kinda think that if CFK just STFU, there'd be a lot more peace, and quiet, in the world, instead of a lot of yapping & yipping & high-pitched barking)

Hardly surprising, KFC desperately needs someone that will keep the Chavez cash flowing for a while longer. Also it is a good way to feed the Latin paranoia about the US.

I'm sure the US State Department will get right on to that...oh wait, they're a little busy with important things right now.

Maybe if Argentina paid back the money it borrowed the US State Department might actually put Argentina's priority higher than it is now, which is somewhere between the Flat Earthers and the Alien Conspiracy nutters.

I would use something more intimidating like...

We demand the recognition of Venezuela transparent voting or...
we will start to size US planes and military hardware as usual.
