President Barack Obama welcomed Peruvian counterpart Ollanta Humala to the White House on Tuesday, in Washington's latest effort to meet a deadline to seal a Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal.     I think the productive nations in SA will more and more be engaging in the trade of world markets and that is good for everyone. Though there will those autarkic states that cannot support itself and will turtle itself to death.....economic train wrecks they are.
