In fact there are more English speakers in China than any other country on the planet, making English the most widely spoken language in the world.
As for this story, it sounds quite lame considering that the Falkland Islands Fisheries Protection patrols have caught far more poachers in Argentine waters, almost as if Argentina are trying to make themselves look good.

It always seems to be the Chinese that are caught illegally fishing in Argentina waters, shafting Argentina. The shape of things to come?
