Disclaimer & comment rulesBe sensible, Paraguay. If you want mercosur, demand that it admits your suspension was wrong and illegitimate. Make it publicly apologise. Make it return Venezuela to its previous status. A leader that reckons that a little birdie represents a dead nutter is just a live nutter. And demand that you take the chair. Not for 6 months, but for 12. Actually, it might be an idea to have argieland suspended until it has a proper democratic government.
