    This is what you get when Dilma and the Liar Mantega “decide” what is best for the country and stuff Petrobras.

    What do they care (at THIS moment of time) about the rating of Petrobras when their arses are on fire because niether of them know WTF to do with economic policy?

    But it will be a different matter if / when the rating drops and they have to find more money to service the debt interest.

    Clowns to the right of us and Clowns to the left of us (so the song goes) and poor Petrobras in the middle.
