They're gonna need that aren't they shortly, they are leaving one alliance for the other... I'm sure now La Campora Air will demand codeshares with the same people TAM has as reciprocity and a share of the profits too.
Meanwhile, Saturday there was a particular event given the climate of tension. Aerolíneas Argentinas had to ask the Chilean capital firm to take care of the transfer of passengers who had contracted with the national airline.
Drawbacks were given with a flight that left from Buenos Aires to Bariloche, but that was canceled. Thus, half of the passage was transferred by LAN Argentina. The situation was then repeated with a plane that was leaving for Bahia Blanca.

Sep 02nd, 2013 - 04:50 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Even if it were the case, it wouldn't be a big problem. The real problem is that Argentine airlines don't have the ability to make profit anywhere.
But don't worry Toby, Chilean professionalism and modernity will slowly filter through to your airline industry.

Sep 02nd, 2013 - 05:36 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Any profit Qantas makes by flying to Argentina is made and kept in Australia.
Unless there are Argentinean shareholders then you don't have to worry about any profit being made in Argentina.
Thankfully Aerolíneas who flies to Australia at a loss keeps its losses within Argentina.
So you are doubly blessed and got your wish.
