Argieland goes creep, creep, creep, grovel, grovel, grovel to Paraguay, trying to save its illegitimate mercosur powerbase, by offering belated thanks for hiding a paedophile demagogue and dictator. Isn't 58 years a bit late? How come argieland didn't remember before it got Paraguay suspended?

    I agree.

How embarrassing for Mercosur (and Argentina) - Paraguay has publicly refused to jump back into bed.
Paraguay holds all the cards - they should make the choices that are best for themselves.

Argentina has lost control over Paraguay - Uruguay next...

“How come argieland didn't remember before it got Paraguay suspended?”

Even recent history seems beyond their recollection.

And there was me thinking only their long term recollection from 1833 was clouded with dementure.

Do they still have Rheas, (Ostrich like bird) in Argentina?

If so, it would make an appropriate national symbol.
