I wonder what the determination of accuracy is for these figures Rajoy is so keen to bandy about? +/- 0.2% would be reasonable given the hiatus the country is presntly in. So a bit of a smokescreen then? And that is without the reality that this bunch are so like Argentina that you couldn't slip a bus ticket sideways between them. Shades of INDEC?
