China has ignored Grenadines and St.Vincent's statement because their countries are of no significance and have no political clout.
Could it be that Taiwan is bankrolling the governments ?
When I was in the Seychelles years ago I noticed support for Taiwan on billboards. I then notice that Taiwan had the largest fishing fleet in Seychelle's waters. A coincidence ? Money talks.
