    I'm all for cooperation!

I think it is amazing that Argentina has signed an agreement with a country that has Queen Elizabeth II as its head of state.

No mention of the Falklands, nothing to do with Belizes own problems with Guatamala I suppose?

Could it be that Tiimerman is getting the hand of this diplomacy lark? shocked and stunned!!!

Why did it happen at all.....why is Argentina being so generous ? Because Belize supports the rights of Falkland Islanders to self-determination, and he is trying to buy them off. Give it a year of so and unless there is “co-operation” the gifts will be withdrawn. Careful Belize.

Yes, why am I unsurprised that the Argentine ministers want to visit Belize ... Ambergris Caye and Caye Caulker.
As John Handy says in his seminal jazz piece “Hard Work”!
    Not!
Blue seas, warm beaches, coco-palms, beautiful people.

Hang on, didn't Argentina get rid of all its 'black people'?
... Timerman's team might feel a bit awkwardly out of place.
Still if they just go to the privately owned cayes with whites, golf, US money and colonial grandeur, they may feel more at home.
But stay away from Belize City; lost bullets and dead bodies are becoming the norm, now Guatamala's influence spills across the border.

I still remember 1971, when the Ark Royal and the Buccaneer flight showed Central America just how long the reach of the British armed forces could be; Guatamalan invasion halted in its tracks.
A lesson that that should have been learned in 1982.

If you look closely at the photo you can see that the guy on the left is actually Timerman, blacked-up, wearing a Santa beard.

the one on the right is actually Elrington, with zombie make-up, and a shave.

“and it was agreed to send Argentine staff to help Belize teachers and help with teaching techniques.”

Well that's them Donald Ducked then, the argies don't have any teachers only indoctrination “experts”.

Argies subjugating the black man now!
