Bank of England governor Mark Carney has said he is concerned about the “potential” for a UK housing market bubble, but will tighten lending requirements if necessary. Meanwhile, a survey suggested house prices will continue “surging ahead”. Read full article

    I'm not sure this guy gets further north than Watford, i've not heard anyone in Manchester discussing their house price values much and mine hasn't risen that much.
