The news is very positive. But the headline is extremely negative.

The negative ads sponsored by the media and speculators from Anglosphere is harmful to themselves:

First - Stock market has almost zero weight in our economy. The largest investors are speculators from Anglosphere.

Second - Fixed investments that the Anglosphere do not make in Brasil (due to the ignorance of our real economy or excessive pessimism), other countries do.

    ......i need to go

    continue in another hour....

“Manufacturing has consistently been the weakest link in Brazil's commodities-strong economy as companies struggle with competition from abroad, high tax and labor costs, and poor infrastructure”....

This is nothing new ; neither is Brasileiro's stupid remark...If the news is positive, then why is the headline negative ??
His comments on the “angloshere” and the “stock market” could only have come from an idiot like himself (or herself ??) .
And ....“.....i need to go”.....and back in an hour ??? Ah, I get it, go and put your lipstick on and bend over for your next client.....

#1 I know you think the sun shines every day in Brazil but there really are a lot of storm clouds on the horizon. The reality is Brazil is stagnating and going backwards relative to many other countries in the region. The political powers that be have really cocked things up.

Railways, waterways, highways, ports, airports, power plants, wind power plants, urban mobility ...

Brazil is investing in all this.

Most countries invest public and potentially private funds Brasileiro, wow big statement! Just how quick, how effectively and how much is the big question. Maybe they could invest a bit more in education too for the likes of you!

More education for what? To write the things that Jack writes? To learn how to make wars? To learn to exploit other people? More education for what?

If so I have the education of Jack, I'd rather not have education.

Education is a key factor in a societies future. While you can't expect five star education all over Brazil unfortunately the conditions at many schools and other places of study are woeful, how can the teachers cope in many circumstances, where is the Federal and State support to ensure a minimum standard of infrastructure and requirements is adhered to. Poorly directed and siphoned off funds leave those that need it most to miss out. Perhaps that's why Bauer states his views so strongly being so tired of a system which seems like groundhog day. Why do you support this type of populism that goes on in Brazil? Such policies promoted do not give confidence to a strong economic future presently. While Brazil stands still it actually goes backwards because others are moving forward.

Not populism. Our current government is serious, competent and socially active. Me and 140 million Brazilians support and authorize representation by our current government.
It's called democracy. Something that Mr. Jack seems to know very little.

If they were serious then how come after nearly 12 years in power there is such poor overall health, security and education.
Where is your infrastructure? Just go take a look at this World Cup, a complete balls up and overspend.
You truly are blind, or you accept mediocrity - which is it? Go vote them in and join their populist policies, Brazil will drag its heels and get nowhere fast. They aren't interested in you, they just keep buying your vote by throwing you the occasional bone so that they can line their pockets and stay in power.

Brasileiro. Let's see . Yr #4 “Railways, waterways, highways, ports, airports, power plants, wind power plants, urban mobility ...Brazil is investing in all this”“....the only railways that are successful are those that have been privatized....Highways, likewise....what is still in the governments hands is in lamentable condition…take a look at the “Transamazônica”, absolutely NO maintenace whatsoever ; Airports ? too little, too late - when the Federal Government realized they'd fucked things up, they called in the private sector to fix it...or are you going to deny this ? = Ex: Aeroporto de Guarulhos ; Waterways ?? what waterways ? or maybe you are referring to the ”Transposição do Rio São Francisco“ ? check it out on the internet and see where billions of taxpayers money has gone...the ”lixo” !
    SeaPorts ?? what has been done, was done mainly by the private sector. Check out the internet for two public ports in Manaus : “desmoronamento de Chibatão” and “Manacapuru desaba”…Both Federal investments, and both swept away by the current, taking with them billions of reais in taxpayer money;
Power plants ?? you mean “Belo Monte ?” a lot of money and very little result. Read reports posted on the internet, you don’t have to believe me. Wind Power….yes, “private” investment; Urban mobility ? the only positive thing in this area is the “Metrô” (underground), but still miles behind where it should be. Take a look at New York City, London and dozens of other European cities…all light-years ahead of Brazil.
Yr #4 “”More education for what? To write the things that Jack writes? To learn how to make wars? To learn to exploit other people? More education for what? If so I have the education of Jack, I'd rather not have education.”” “More” education is ALWAYS welcome…and you don’t NEED a higher education to NOT be an idiot that believes all the Government propaganda, paid for with taxpayers money….WHO is talking of waging war, numbnuts ??

Brasileiro@11...please allow me to add the continuation of my post # 10, which had to be cut short due to lack of space...It refers to yr#6, not #4 as I incorrectly mentioned....Here goes :-
And you think that to exploit people you need a higher education ?? of course you don’t ! just look at Lulla-Lá….an ignorant SOB who is now very, very rich, because he exploited the Brazilian people.. Does the “Mensalão” ring a bell ?? Well, seems you have already made your option …not to study. Too bad !!
Yr#8, in reply to Tik-Tok’s #7 : “Not populism. Our current government is serious, competent and socially active” …. Unfortunately, MOST of it IS populism. Giving out millions of “Bolsas Família”, instead of providing an efficient educational system, is the PT’s way of keeping the people eternally ignorant and dependent upon them…Is there any easier way to control people ?? Educate them and the story changes…they can think and fight for THEMSELVES and get ahead in life.
I could go on and on, but it reaches a point that I start to feel nauseated when I think of the paradise Brazil could be, if it weren't for the corrupt political society we are subjected to.
