Brazil lower house approves internet legislation to ensure privacy and neutrality

The lower house of Brazil’s Congress has approved legislation meant to ensure the privacy of Internet users and to guarantee what is called “Internet neutrality”, that all content be treated equally by carriers.     What a bunch of dead-headed Muppets there are in the “government” of Brazil.

    Reminds us of King Cnut (correct spelling folks!) sitting on his throne defying the sea to come in. Whatever these clowns do, if they ever “think” of anything, it will be a challenge for the hackers to break and break it they will.
