The relationship between Argentine President Cristina Fernández and Pope Francis “is fluid and direct” with a “permanent dialogue and no intermediaries,” Religion Secretary Guillermo Oliveri told a Buenos Aires radio on Monday from Rome, where he attended Sunday's canonization ceremonies for John Paul II and John XXIII.
The reference and clarification was because following the ceremony, Pope Francis met with the Argentine delegation and asked ”How is Cristina?”
Oliveri was part of the Argentine delegation which travelled to Rome, headed by the Lower House chief Julián Domínguez, and also formed by Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman, and opposition lawmakers PRO Federico Pinedo and the Radical Party head Mario Barletta.
Oliveri explained that the Argentine Rome delegation members were specifically designated by the president and highlighted the ceremony was “very beautiful and massive.”
Cristina Fernandez and Francis last met on March 17, when the pair shared a lunch in the Vatican that lasted almost two hours.

Is this just another example of how someone from CFK's government reports special support from another political entity, but that entity reports nothing of the same themselves?
No. I think it is trying to point out that CFK has a direct line to God. She is that important afterall.
