Dilma is getting desperate. The agricultural sector, which for the last 10 years, has been what's saved the Brazil's foreign trade balance, is going to get tons of cheap money - nothing wrong with that, but it is shameful that while the government can do that, an individual who takes a personal loan from a bank, pays at least 10% per month, not to mention even higher rates when it comes to outstanding credit card debt...As they say here, 'when the rising water starts to touch your arse, you'd better do something quick'....In Brazil, it's already there.
