Admirable as this news is it masks the real problems facing Uruguay: no REAL jobs.

But this subtlety is completely missed on “No Money Pepe”, hence the need to kick US$ 2 Bn of debt 25 years down the road.
Only when the masses elect AND back a government proposing major structural reform to this society where they have to WORK for a living or they get NO money will things ever improve.
So, we are fucked.
