“The last time a player was caught doping at a World Cup was in 1994 when Argentina's Diego Maradona tested positive for ephedrine and was sent home in disgrace.”

    To a hroe's welcome I bet.

A little like Suarez coming home to be lauded by our murdering commie president in person back at government buildings.

Perhaps they should re-test Brazil for taking tranquilizers...
    What a blow out!

Too bloody right Chicureo. It was shameful to watch. The Germans could probably put in two or three more if they had wanted to.

Redpoll, sadly I think that most feel that Germany allowed the single goal after their team scored the 7th in sympathy.
Argentina will not have an easy game against the Dutch tomorrow either, although I cannot imagine them getting waxed like the game today.
Personally I think that the Germans will play against the Dutch in the final.

I truly feel sorry for Brazil. Such a loss of national pride...

I realise the Brazilians are heartbroken and feel defined by their football team but….. they got to the Semi-finals. For a while there, I thought the Brazilian team were England in disguise. *Cue chant*

I hope the Dutch win. The Brazilians could then administer a lesson to Argentina and salve some of their national esteem in the play off for third place

Probably still owes them for the cost of the ticket home too!

According to most reputable news sources Brazil are clear favourites to win, but quite a lot of money is being placed on Germany.
Anyone here think Germany can win?

Anyone else think Germany can do it? I am just curious and am thinking about putting a little wager on for fun.

Ai,ai,ai. Another defeat for Brazil. It was Maikon and ten others against the United Provinces of the Netherlands, united being the key word. Individualistic stars don't make a team.
