A German news magazine reported on Sunday that Chancellor Angela Merkel is unhappy with European Central Bank chief Mario Draghi for apparently proposing a greater emphasis on fiscal stimulus over austerity in order to boost growth in Europe. Read full article

    France and Italy want to spend, spend, spend, as long as it is other countries money they are spending because they don't have any of their own.

    Draghi would love to be able to TELL Merkel what to do, that's for sure.
