“Regional Hospital of Rio Gallegos”...“It was reported that the MRI and other medical examinations that needed to be done were beyond the facility's technical capabilities”.

Remember this article when the Trolls bang on about an Island with a Population of merely 3000 does not have a MRI scanner.

All those facilities used and having money spent on them when there are others living in ramshackle, corrugated, tin places. And then there are also those who live in what argies call 'villa miserias'.

And it cost how much to air-lift her to BsAs?? And they don't have a simple X-ray machine in Rio Galegos? That's all the rest of us would get...an MRI seems unnecessary. Last report in the news here is that it was a “simple” fracture. Sort of like when Maximo had a tummy ache and had to be flown back to BsAs as the hospital there wasn't good enough.

    NO MRI SCANNER!!!

I feel really, really, sorry TMBOA didn't break her fucking neck.

That would have been a real present for the Falklanders and everybody in Uruguay.

Perhaps it happened swinging off the chandelier, nod, nod, wink, wink!

But in reality it was her broomstick.

She slurs her words often in public too.
She is not a well woman
Maybe she can recover in a USA jail.

@8 Maximo had a hurty knee.

What happens when average Jose fractures an ankle in Rio Gallegos? Do they get airlifted to BsAs? Is BsAs the only place in Argentina with a working MRI?

I think she should not mix meds with alcohol, she was the office drunk on her Christmas broadcast.

    PABLO PERONIST ULTRA-K !!!

Ha ha ha - this is SO funny!!

You look like an utter fool !!

Doesn't Rio Gallegos have a population of more than 3,000 ???

And yet, NO MRI Scanner !!!

C'mon Chimp-Boy Pablo, do all the loyal Argentine citizens of Gallegos get flown by government jet to BA, for simple X-Rays or MRI's ???

Maybe the Falklanders could have put a good word in for her, and she could have been flown to a first-rate hospital in Chile??

Doctors and officials have now used this event ton warn the public about the results of “aggressive sexual foreplay” overtaxing the already strained State medical services.

Is it true that CFK was just too jealous of the attention the people were giving to Christmas, and commemorating that kid's birthday, that she had to do something dramatic??

It's too funny, Pablo - what a wacky world you live in!!

    @8 Mendoza Canadian

Yes it does seem like overkill for a simple fractured ankle. In most places an x-ray would suffice because it is the BEST tool for diagnosing broken bones.

MRI's are for soft tissue, that x-rays can't really see very well, and are very, very expensive to do, and won't tell a doctor anything that the x-ray wouldn't.

I think this is more a case of the fact that there aren't any decent medical facilities left outside of big cities, and the President feels herself the ordinary people of Argentina, so therefore deserves better.

    Pablo - Chimp-Boy,

    look at this:

“The president had been taken in the afternoon to the Regional Hospital of Rio Gallegos, which she left in a wheelchair. It was reported that the MRI and other medical examinations that needed to be done were beyond the facility's technical capabilities”

    No X-Ray???!!
    No MRI ?? !!

Chuckle chuckle Pablo - very apparent the 'Heslth Care' and equipment is not good enough!!

How dare you compare the Falklands to an Argie province - how embarrassing for your country!!

Things are getting worse and worse Pablo...

    - Top Gear was veryyy funny,

    - CFK adopts Jewish boy to prevent him from becoming a werewolf,

    - CFK injures herself to return the attention of the mases to herself over Christmas...

Just to name a few things.

Argentina is just a few steps behind Venezuela:

Besides getting away with money, watches, mobile phones and even the keys and ownership documents of the tourists' vehicles, they also “made off with a purebred puppy that they snatched from the hands of a little girl,” the daily said.

The assailants, the newspaper said, stayed for about an hour on the beach, after which local residents protested the supposed delay of police in coming to their rescue by blocking a number of streets with logs and tires.
