20 years since the bombing, christ, justice is seen in Argentina to be served very quickly.( NOT ) It is always about tit for tat in Argentina, he accuses CFK and cohorts and a whole lot of Kircherites come out of the woodwork and deny it. Always agree with the government line otherwise you are out of a job. What does that say about Argentina? That they are too weak to speak their mind, no wonder it is going down the tubes.

Israel supplied arms to Argentina during the Falklands war.

I wonder if they think it so clever now?

What a pity that the deal with Iran fell off and it was not a year later that CFK was already bending over to Israel's forgiveness.

I would love that the Mossad would have done a little “work” on the Ks.

It begs the question, if everyone knows it why is nothing done about it. Can't be just because it is Argentina can it ?

“ is seeking to question Fernandez and Foreign Minister Hector Timerman - himself a member of Argentina's Jewish community - under oath”

Under oath? What could you get them to place their hand on? Cretina's might shrivel up and fall off if she dared to touch a holy volume of any kind.
If the allegations are proven true ole Smaegol may have already placed his soul in jeopardy.

Most of what Nisman said is what everyone already knew: the memorandum was signed so that the Iranians could get away scot free and in exchange a deal so we could get some cheap oil. The Iranian parliament didn't sign anything so I guess something went wrong. What nobody imagined was that the government was willing to go as far as to set up a kangaroo court to send a scapegoat to jail...

    A TOO DANGEROUS ESCALADE.
I must recognize that i wasn't sorprised after hearing on tv nisman's accusation, especially when i saw the chanels where he decided to talk about it (clarin group).
The cause has been paralized for years, and it was all because of nisman's ineptitude, anyway, the others who were before him, were even worst than nisman, in fact, judge galeano, menem, and some ex functionaries from the intelligence secretaryship are accused in this cause, however there has never been any trial.
He accuses the government of creating a memorandum with the purpose of getting economical benefices, i really think it's a stupid accusation, because actually the government didn't need a memorandum in order to increase the trade with iran, in fact, in all these years, it hasn't increased, beside, the memorandum has been declared as unconstitutional by justice in buenos aires.
Argentina buys oil to venezuela, nigeria, and to some traders, in this case the government must inform where they are from, but it hasn't bought any oil from iran.
In some way i can understand that it must be a great news for all those who despise kirchnerism, and who want to see c. f. k. in prison, despite that many of them support politicians like mauricio macri, who is also accused of corruption cases.
In my opinion i don't believe in absolut in this guy, and the reason why i don't trust him, is because he has done so little to find the thuth about what happened 20 years ago.
On the other hand, according to wikiliks reports, he used to inform the embassy from u. s. a. in buenos aires, about all the steps that he was going to give in this cause, in fact, the embassy pushed him to reject the sirian trace, and focus on the iranian one.
Although i think that we will continue to see more of this kind of pathetic operations, i don't ignore that they are too dangerous, and i have no doubt that they will finish on dicember 10th of this year, when c. f. k. ends her second administration.

Unless you get transparency you will not move on. What a useless country you live in.

@12 It is mostly hearsay but the people saying it are journalists and people closely connected to the government and intelligence services, so it's probably true. The memorandum itself is mostly transparent (the Iranians get away scot free basically) but the real reason for it is definetely NOT what the government claims.

Somebody here posted in another thread that it was about Iranian missile technology. This would certainly be a way to get it on the cheap.
